Specialized
Translation Center-STC recieves texts to be translated,
revised or re-editted, and delivers it again, via the e-mail:
translate@translation-stc.com
or by any other means agreed on with client. Delivery might
be either in the format of 'WORD' or 'PDF' files.

However,
if the text to be translated is of a big size (containing
many photos or drawings), registerd mail can be used.
|

|

|
|
A sample
text of 500-5000 words is to be sent to
Specialized
Translation Center-STC as an attachment to an e-mail
message, (amount of words in sample text depending on size
of text to be translated and diversity of content).

|
|
|
| |
|
|
The sample
text should be accompanied by full description of the intire
assignment (concerning quantity, nature of work to be done,
and desired date of delivery).
|
|
|
| |
|
|
The
sample text will be fully studied prior to determining
rates, means and manner of delivery (one or more
batches, with delivery date of each).
Specialized Translation
Center-STC
is committed to render this information in the course of
two work days.

Our reply
will address the following aspects:

Rates: Rates will be charged in U.S.$ per standard page of
the original text (a standard page comprises 300 words. The
number of words
determined by 'word count' in 'MICROSOFT WORD'). rates vary
depending on presence of special requirements concerning very
tight deliveries or extra settings; |

|
|
Manner of delivery: Delivery can be done in one or more batches
(depending on size of assignment and dead line set by client)
with
specifying the content of each; |

|
|
Date of completion: Delivery date of complete work (or of
each batch); |

|
|
Settlement of
fees: We'll suggest date and sum of down payment,
as well as the date of settling the rest of fees (or dates
of successive
payments). We'll give an account number to be used in settling
payments (using other means of payment is to be agreed upon
with client). |

Upon completion
and delivery of translation,
Specialized Translation
Center-STC will send you a detailed invoice covering
the whole assignment.

|
|
For returning clients, special arrangements may be established
and agreed upon for delivery of material and settlement of
fees as to facilitating and streamlining of work. |
